We had a great stay in Honeoye with as a group of friends that were in town for the wedding. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and the welcome bag was a nice bonus! There was plenty of room to spread out inside and the outside space was gorgeous. We took full advantage of the nature trails and park nearby. If we are in the area again, we will definitely try to book this house!

The home fits our family of 12 nicely, we've stayed previously. The outdoor furniture is very uncomfortable. The cushions are past their prime. There were Gnats and spiders on the patio, and we were unable to use it as they got active everyday. The windows are covered in spider webs. Disgusting

Great view, great location, and a beautiful, cozy property! We enjoyed our stay in Honeoye and want to come back again to explore in different seasons.

Property has a beautiful view of the lake and was clean on the inside. However, when we got there, there were numerous planks missing from the dock. We discovered they were underwater and looked like they had been there for a while based on the algae growth on them. The home owners came the next day and dove under the water and extracted the planks themselves and reinstalled them. So, for the first day of our stay, the dock was essentially not usable. There were cobwebs everywhere outside of the home. We had to sweep all the outdoor furniture, patio, door frames and windows. We also had to wash the outdoor cushions, as they were filthy. AC never worked well, especially upstairs, and we had several contractors from the rental company over for multiple days of our stay to look into the issue. No kitchen towels were provided, so we had to purchase paper towels for everyday clean up. We also had to purchase toilet paper as the rental company only provided one roll per bathroom. The photos showed a pool table, arcade game and foosball (or air hockey) table in the boat house but there was only a pool table and the arcade game didn't work. Cornhole game was missing the correct set of toss pillows so we had to buy our own at a local Walmart. The inside of the boat house was a mess and there were weeds everywhere within the landscaping. It just didn't look like the house was maintained at all on the outside.
