• San Diego Airport flight path runs partially over Sunset Cliffs; departing flights are not permitted between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM. The interior of the home stays mostly quiet while some intermittent noise may be heard in the backyard
• Spa serviced every Friday; landscaping serviced every Monday (no interior access needed).
• Pictured wood-fired pizza oven is non-operational and not for guest use.
