Property was exactly described. Very convenient to beaches and shopping. Nice, quiet and of the street with privacy. Master bedroom is HUGE with a shower large enough to get lost in. I put my towel at one end and by the time I got it to dry off with I was out of breath. Open floor plan is nice. Hot tub was perfect. Owner communicated effectively but more importantly everything was as described so no need to bother them. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was close to everything. Being located on a dead end street, the was very little traffic made quiet and peaceful. House design was great, walk into a very nice living room/ dining room / kitchen.Master bedroom was huge with an on suite bathroom, other two bedrooms were good size. Would definitely rebook on our next trip to St Augustine!!!

The house looks like it was just remodeled! The furniture was very new and attractive, but the bedrooms were lacking dressers. The hot tub worked well and was already warm. The yard was large, but looked totally unfinished. It was nothing but weeds and is in need of shrubs and flowers. This had no effect on our satisfaction with the house! We loved the location! It was the last house on the Street, with an empty lot next door. As a bonus, there is a pond/park a few blocks away. Our Grandkids fished there and loved it.The kitchen was very nice! A huge fridge/freezer and a large island where everyone gathered for meals.

Kitchen was nicely equipped and everything spotless. We enjoyed the location and easy access to the city and beach. Bathrooms were great.
