HOME DETAILS:
First level: Parking is under the home with 4+ private spots. Walk up the stairs to enter the home.
Second Floor: When entering you will find the w/d and an exit out to the large first floor deck and pool. At the end of the hall is an in-wall bunk bed (sleeps 2), a large private bedroom with 2 full beds with gulf side views and private ensuite bath (shower only). Next to this room is a private queen room. There is a shared bathroom for the queen room and the wall bunks. On the deck you will find the plunge pool, Lounge chairs and a patio reaching each end of the house to provide the ultimate views and relaxation!
Top Floor: As you walk up the stairs, you are enveloped in nothing but gorgeous white sand and blue water with floor to ceiling windows. First you will walk into the large family room with oversized HGTV, spacious couch along with additional seating. On this open-concept level, you also have your dining table with room for 8. The kitchen is a generous size, with all the utensils a Chef would need and 3 bar stools allow socializing as you cook. Half bath is off the kitchen. The master is also on this level with gorgeous ocean views, a king bed and private master bath.

First, the home is clean, well laid out and stocked well for smaller to mid-sized groups. You can absolutely tell a professional, high quality property manager oversees this home. The kitchen had everything you need, only missing some type of grill/outdoor cooking option. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. There are two things I really wish the listing described, but I understand why it doesn’t. 1) This property is located right where the public beach access is. You do not get the “private beach” feel, as you had better be out setting up by 6:30am if you want a spot behind the house. It’s a premium price for this property, and other homes have signage they put out to claim some privacy. Maybe consider that for this home? Aside from it being a little more “people-y” than we like, the only other gripe is the pool. It is not a pool. It’s 2 bathtubs long/wide and hip deep. It’s a big bathtub, that never was actually warm enough to sit in (end of June trip). Aside from those couple of issues, this house is actually super nice. It’s conveniently located near all kinds of places to eat and shop. It’s clean and comfortable. If you don’t mind higher traffic beaches, this one is definitely for you. Even if you were hoping for more privacy, this one still might deliver in the off season. It’s an 8/10 in my book.

The house was excellent. It is older, but very clean, beds were comfortable, and it could not be in a better location.

The location and experience were nice but the house was in poor condition relative to the price charged. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. The downstairs masterbath plumbing didn't work at all. There was only one working beach chair. We had paid for the pool to be heated and it was not heated. This was refunded.
