Located in TROIS-ILETS, about thirty kilometers from the AIME CESAIRE airport, in the seaside resort of ANSE A L'ÂNE, "LA VILLA BELLE ANSE" has the particularity, once the luggage is put down, to allow you to feel at home.

Let yourself be seduced by the charm of this small private residence of 3 apartments, 2 of which have been renovated and put up for seasonal rental, in a quiet residential setting and close to all amenities on foot.

The accommodation called Grande Anse, located on the first floor of this Villa can accommodate up to 6 people, including young children. It is spacious, comfortable, this place will delight families, friends for a good disconnection as well as to work.

Travel cot, with mosquito net, bathtub, high chair, baby monitor are available for the little ones.

To make swimming easier, chips and fins are also available.

Under the carbet (SHELTER), facing the swimming pool you will be lulled by the trade winds and the scents of the vegetable garden that you can use while enjoying your aperitif. It is also a very quiet setting and very pleasant to the songs of the birds to grill. The 7m x 3.60m heated swimming pool will call you to swim even in the evening. Everything is there to have a pleasant stay or to work in good conditions with the fiber.

Geographically well located, you can, after parking your vehicle (inside for Grande anse Parking Privé) do almost everything on foot in less than 10 minutes: Discover or rediscover the beach of Anse à l'Ane with its restaurants where you can enjoy the sunsets with your feet in the sand.

You can enjoy 600m walk from the villa, the bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, fruit and vegetable shop, gas station, a Carrefour Express, which are nearby as well as a small medical center, good to know.... The maritime shuttle will allow you to go either to Anse Mitan for its beach, the Creole Village of the Pointe du Bout, its shops, restaurants and entertainment or to go to the capital, FORT DE FRANCE.
You can swim with turtles 10 minutes away by car, swim with fish near a protected coral reef in Anses-d'Arlets, visit the rum factories of the south center, go diving, sea excursions, jet-sky, visit the mangrove, and many other activities.
