This spectacular attic duplex with ocean and mountain views is located in the charming seaside town of El Cotillo, in the northern part of the island, about 40 minutes from the airport. It is the pearl of Fuerteventura. There are marvelous beaches, one of which is a five-minute walk from this lovely property. At another beach called La Concha, you’ll find calm turquoise waters and white sand, reminiscent of the Caribbean.
