Very family friendly. Internet was patchy and frustrating, but not sure what’s available out there. It was quiet and super cute and clean. The layout is a little goofy. The “twin” is a mattress fold out pad on the floor. It really only sleeps 6-7 (not 8 as advertised). I think they are counting the chaise couch as an additional bed, but not bedding or pull out there. The price was a little high for one of my kids sleeping on the floor. The king size bed is in an open area where the “twin” is located.

On the surface everything seems clean and fresh. Because I needed to access power for CPap machines, I discovered that the inside of the property is in need of a good deep clean. The underside of the couch cushions need vacuumed, the light fixtures need de bugged and end tables need to be moved out and cleaned behind. There has been a spill, long since dry and dusty that should be mopped between the king bed and the wall.

Overall it was fine. Def had issues. The hidabed mattress protector was covered in urine spots. So we had to wash it. The fridge even though it was working it wasn’t super cold. So we had to use our cooler there were dust bunnies everywhere! So we had to clean.
