House was clean at arrival and all appliances and furniture was in good condition and working. Plenty of room for a group of 7 adults and room to spare. Great pool and beachfront location.

This beachfront property is beautiful with a spacious kitchen, dining room and family room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and allowed for a wonderful stay with our extended family. The decks provided amazing views with rockers to sip our coffee in the morning or to watch the sunset. The property owner even supplied a Shibumi beach shade for our use during the week.

Check in was a breeze and the property was spacious as we had 10 adults and 3 children. Of the 27 years we’ve been coming to the Emerald Isle this had to be in our top 3 homes! The owner was very nice and answered all my questions really quickly.
