New furniture, marine life decor and fresh paint on the walls set this condo apart from the others. Feel right at home with a full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six. Relax or gather in the living room comprised of a couch, that folds out to a sleeper sofa, or two matching armchairs and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony to soak up the ocean air while taking in views of the shared amenities such as the pool, picnic tables, charcoal grill, volleyball and basketball courts and the path to the boardwalk. Back inside, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) which consists of a King bed, nightstands, chest, wall-mounted TV, closet and a chair to read a book beside the large window. The first hallway bathroom is made up of a granite vanity and a large, tiled shower with a glass enclosure. The guest room (BR2) offers a Queen bed, chest, closet and TV. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and closed at night.

We had a great time with our group of 7. (3 adults, 3 kids, 1 baby) and it didn’t feel too crowded. the kids loved bunking together in the 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and a double bed. The sleeper sofa in the living area is your typical terrible fold out couch with metal bars in your back and lumpy and sloped mattress but we made it work. Also the mattress cover looked like it had blood stains on the corner. The balcony was great - with the exception of an old rusty broken chair taking up the corner. We could see the ocean and the pool and the lovely green space and dunes. Walk to the beach was short and the boardwalk did not have stairs which was nice. The shower at the boardwalk was helpful. The swimming pool is big and clean and there were many tables with nice beach umbrellas. The kitchen was clean and had your standard crappy rental pots and pans. There is an ice maker in the freezer. There was no dish soap when we got there but they brought us some the next day and were very responsive. Bathrooms were nice and clean and they provided plenty of towels. The internet was a little slow for streaming when it was rainy and we wanted to put on a movie for the kids or the World Cup. The a/c worked well. It’s close to town. I was annoyed that we had to sign a separate rental agreement with the management company after booking and use a separate portal for getting check-in when it wasn’t mentioned ahead of time. But overall, it was great and we would stay here again for sure.

We have stayed at the Inverness many times. I’ve never had a bad experience. The only issue I had this time was not finding water to rinse sand off of our shoes and feet prior to entering our condo. The unit was decorated nice but the ceiling fans were not good. Noisy, one looked liked it was about to fall down.. consequently, we didn’t use them. Other than that… great stay.

Everything was fine. The only thing is we could not get additional towels could not clean the ones we had because no washer dryer in unit. Same towels used for 3 days
