The spot is well situated to go snorkeling on the best beaches of the island (Chica Zamora was our favorite!) but also to go on fine hikes (if you don't plan to go on the Roques de Los Muchachos because it will be more than an hour-drive). The house in itself is nice because the kitchen has a lot of nice equipment and there is everything to feel well including AC which can be very necessary on certain days. The only thing we might regret is that not all beds and pillows were really comfy (though some were) and that it is not always a calm place to sleep: so many dogs start barking at night that they often woke us up, but that is because we slept with open windows.
Overall, you get full value for your money because the place is really affordable and the owner is really anxious to please and he answers all questions asked.
