The house has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, full), each w/ their own bathroom, and a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room for overflow sleeping space. The house accommodates a maximum of 8 people.
*Please note: This is a dedicated vacation rental and is professionally cleaned, and the linens professionally laundered. Our cleaners are paid a living wage.
You will NOT find clothes in the closets, food in the fridge, etc.

The house itself was beautiful and charming. However, there were some communication issues and issues with listing accuracy. When I booked the property in June, it listed that it could sleep 8 people. When we arrived in September, we found that it could only sleep 6. There was supposed to be a pull-out couch in the living room, but it was a normal couch. We originally were supposed to have 8 people, so this would have been a major problem, but someone couldn’t come last minute. One person still had to sleep on the couch, which was uncomfortable since it was not a pull out bed as listed. Additionally, the house was not ready on time. I received a call at 3:40 (20 minutes before check in time) that the house would not be ready by 4:00 because “it was a last minute booking” was what I was told. This was not a last minute booking. I booked on June 1 for end of September. This was all frustrating and lead to unnecessary stress.

Lovely property close to a park, downtown, shopping and restaurants! There were 6 of us and we all fit nicely in this roomy little cottage. Outdoor common areas were a nice plus for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine.The home was exactly as advertised, and we would definitely stay here again!Thank you!Tracey H & friends
