Fabulous Ocean view, excellent location with walking/bike path to restaurants and stores. The rug throughout the condo had an old leather boot smell. Had to keep the fan on to air it out. The bathroom was not clean around the toilet. The stairway from bottom floor exits right in front of bedroom window.Besides that, kitchen was nice as well as balcony.
