Located just a few meters from the sea, near Santa Teresa Gallura in the enchanting north-western area of Sardinia, the attic apartment "Sul Mare a Santa Teresa" is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The apartment, situated on the first floor, consists of a living room with a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a television. The private terrace, furnished with lounge furniture, is perfect for starting your day with a coffee while admiring the sea, while the garden area is shared with the owners, who live on the ground floor. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés are about 100 meters away, or a 5-minute drive (3 km) to the center of Santa Teresa Gallura. The nearest beach, Spiaggia Santa Reparata, is just a 5-minute walk (250 m) away. Olbia Airport is about 70 km away and can be reached in around 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
