Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

In general, was 5 out of 5. Would much rather communicate through Vrbo than through WhatsApp. A/C was 6/10...walked into very warm house and first night in bedroom was uncomfortable. All in all it was a nice place in a perfect location.

Property was nice for our family of 6. Nice to have an elevator, but it is very old. My only criticism would be that the apartment seems a bit dated, and the last renovation was not done to the highest of standards.

Very nice renovated 4 BR apartment in central Granada. We were 3 couples which was perfect. Loved the terrace and the building is well maintained. Bathrooms all very nice.

We had a good stay here. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large party, and the air conditioning was good. Parking was available less than 5min walk away. There was a 30min delay getting in, which would not have been a big deal except that it was extremely hot. Also the elevator was not reliable (it won’t move if someone forgets to close the door when they get out, and sometimes it gets stuck between floors). I would not recommend choosing this place unless everyone in your party is able to walk up 4 flights of stairs if it isn’t working.
