O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from the city center, in the immediate vicinity of the splendid historic center of the island of Ortigia (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the archaeological park with its stunning Greek Theater, where the now-famous classical performances take place annually; equally noteworthy are the Ear of Dionysius, the Cordari Cave, and Archimedes’ Tomb. For nature lovers, the Vendicari Nature Reserve is just over 40 km away, while the sea and the beautiful beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away (about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions). Shopping centers, perfect for shopping and saving money, are located just a short distance from the villa. Villa Oasi features a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and a charming attic with two single beds, plus air conditioning, a TV, a microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The property features a beautiful pool with a fully equipped sun deck and a fabulous ping-pong table, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation in complete tranquility.

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was so lovely, there was a pool table, a shed full of pool/beach equipment, lots of sun beds tables and chairs. A Bbq and lots of shaded areas. We had the outside area to ourselves which looking back at the reviews is normal, there is another property in the garden which we think someone was in but the shutters were closed for our entire stay and we only saw someone come and go a couple of times but no one used the garden area. Inside was initially a bit of a surprise as the description on here stated 2 bedrooms but one bedroom is in a mezzanine floor with two single beds and the double bed is a sofa bed in the main living area. All looks a lot larger on the photos but there was plenty of room for a family of four. The bathroom is super tiny but wasn’t an issue for us.
Any Thing I’ve said that sounds slightly negative is purely for information none of this was an issue for us at all. We loved our stay and definitely would return. And big thanks to the host Sebastiano for all the brilliant communication.

Our family had a lovely week stay at this holiday home. I chose this holiday home due to it's location, pool & air conditioning rather than it'style & decor. We only cooked once but would have love to cooked more if the cooker had a gas stove. Only other thing we found hard was the bathroom & shower as it's quite narrow & small. Do take care with the kitchen & bathroom taps, specially if you have young kids as it can get very hot quickly.
