Formerly known as Hangin 10, Memory Maker is a beachfront home built for big gatherings. With 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, it sleeps up to 24 guests, and its living and dining areas are among the few large enough to seat everyone at once. A great room opens onto the beachfront porch with a private pool heatable October through May for an extra $60/day, an elevator adds convenience throughout, and a great kitchen completes this luxurious, family-friendly retreat.

The main floor is built for gathering, with an expansive great room offering room for the whole party to relax and enjoy multiple smart TVs, right alongside a fully stocked kitchen ready to prepare and serve meals for a crowd. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, dual ovens, 2 microwaves, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and generous counter space cover every need. A half bath completes this level.
The middle floor offers 4 bedrooms in a range of layouts to suit every need: 2 beachfront King bedrooms with porch access, one with a pair of Queens, and one with a Queen plus a Twin-over-Twin bunk. Each bedroom includes a private bath and a smart TV, and a laundry room adds extra convenience to this floor.
The top floor holds 4 more bedrooms, including 2 beachfront King bedrooms and 2 with paired Queens. One King room and one Queen room offer direct access to the beachfront porch. Each bedroom includes a private bath and a smart TV, and a second laundry room adds convenience to this level.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beachfront private heatable pool alongside 3 levels of decks with outdoor seating and dining space. A charcoal grill adds even more entertaining potential, perfect for cookouts or beachside barbecues, and a dune walkover with an outdoor shower makes accessing the private stretch of sugar-white sand beach easy.
Located just 3 miles west of Hwy 59, Memory Maker sits a few hundred yards from Lagoon Pass, a great spot for fishing and wildlife watching. The home offers easy access to restaurants and shops while staying away from high-rise condos and crowded beaches.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected. It is very pricey, but worth it. A once in a lifetime trip for the children and grandchildren. Plenty of space and excellent accommodations. Great views and right on the ocean with a pool. We would go back again if we could afford it.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and found it just great. The view of the beach from our balcony is amazing. The pool is nice for the young grandchildren and the beach is great for the adults. Plenty of room to spread out. Love the kitchen with two of everything! Especially the ice makers!!! The grandchildren are wanting yoCome back next year!! Thanks for sharing your house!

Book the trip- you wont regret this one! We went as a multi-family, mumti-generational trip. With our framily. Thats friends who have become family. Ages 5-50, including a couple teens and a couple 20 somethings. We never can find somewhere for everyone but this checked the boxes. The house itself was amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. That alone is a win. Privacy for everyone. The kitchen was huge with seating for us all to have home-cooked meals- because the cooking area was big enough to cook for an army. Being able to walk to the beach directly from the house, you just can't beat that! The pool was also awesome for the littles to swim in when we no longer wanted to watch the kids in the ocean and also at night. The rental company was fabulous, answering every question I had prior to check in. This rental even comes with free activities, some of which we took advantage of. This house is perfect. You wont regret booking this one!

Upon arrival we were pleased with the house but that dissipated through the week. The home needs a good 'deep cleaning' and refresh. There are 2- stoves, ice machines, dishwashers, etc. but multiple eyes on the stoves that don't heat fully, dishwasher racks broken & both extremely dirty, one ice machine that is extremely slow to produce. No access to any brooms/vaccuums so no way to clean up after yourself. To note, we did make a call to maintenance and someone came out and reluctantly opened a door for us to have access to a vacuum. Running the disposals throws a repulsive smell as does changing bags in the trash can. Dishes put up dirty and kitchen shelves that are food and dirt stained. Used razors and hair in showers/on towels, disgusting! The home is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach! Lots of beach supplies at the house that we weren't aware of (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). Plenty of space and we enjoyed the large kitchen island and plenty of furniture at the pool deck! We loved Janino's Pizza and stopped in Waves for quick groceries, both just a few blocks away and always love Cobalt and the Hangout for our meals away from the house!
