Recently renovated first-floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a patio with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 202 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 202 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

I was in town for a conference and booked this condo. It was perfect for my needs, easily within walking distance of the hotel.

Property (condo) is clean and well stocked. Pleasantly surprised by housekeeping service every other day (2 people stayed 5 days for skiing vacation). Front desk very helpful. Easy access to transportation to Snowmass Village and bus line to Aspen. Hot tubs were excellent. Overall a comfortable, pleasant experience. We will stay here again!

We spent a long weekend in July here and it was perfect for the two of us. Great location in Snowmass Village with beautiful surroundings and easy walk to attractions/restaurants. Short drive to Aspen. Everything was clean and as advertised. The bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Seems like having three people would have worked fine but four people might be a stretch with just one small bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place, clean, very comfortable and the ski in ski out awesome. Close to all the shopping and restaurants. Very easy to check in and the front desk very helpful with all details . The only drawback was the queen size bed, I’m a big guy and need a king size bed to get a good night sleep. Other than that this place is awesome.
