Your visit to our farm provides a charming, comfortable place to stay, a 5-acre fishing lake and in-ground pool made just for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of city noise. Laurel Glen Cottage is perfect for a family gathering with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. If you don't feel like cooking, there are great restaurants close by in Mt. Airy. We enjoyed the long weekend. No wifi, cable and cell phone in the cottage.It was wonderfully relaxing and my grandchildren want to do it again. Cindy and Gary were the best.

This place is the perfect getaway. Close enough to activities but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Cindy and Gary are outstanding hosts. We had a great time swimming, fishing, and playing with the dogs. We will be back for sure.

Great place to fish, swim, and relax! Cindy and Gary are so nice and thoughtful, and made our stay amazing.
Our family loved it all, especially swimming in the pool and fishing at the beautiful and private lake. We had an incredible experience of Southern Virginia, including memorable trips to nearby Mt. Airy, NC, and we hope to come again!!

We were taking our 9 yr-old grandson there to meet up with his parents after spending 11 days with us. We live in OH & our son & family live in SC. The farm setting was wonderful & we enjoyed the pool & fishing in the pond. Had Very Interesting conversations with the owners. They met all our needs.
