The renovated apartment complex, featuring railing-style balconies along the entire facade
, has the typical "retro charm" of the 1970s. The vacation rental "Lüttjer
Kiwitt" is located on the raised first floor and was partially renovated in 2020. It
is located in the second row, directly behind the Wangerooge beach promenade, and is
just a few minutes from the swimming beach. The bright vacation rental offers
plenty of space for 2 people, but the sleeper sofa in the living area, along with
the bed in the separate room, makes the apartment comfortable for up to 3
people. The south-facing living-dining room, featuring
a cozy sitting area and a pull-out double sofa bed, boasts a
large window with access to a balcony leading to a sheltered and sunny
seating area. The small bedroom with a sea view features a wide
bed (160 cm), which is accessible from only one side, and a wardrobe.
In addition, the vacation rental has a small kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop and a
work surface that can be extended as needed (via a folding table in the hallway), as well as
a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. This
vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. Upon
request, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a
high chair for our younger guests. By the way... “Lüttjer Kiwitt” is located right next to the
vacation rental “Grooter Kiwitt”—a great opportunity, for example, for a
extended family vacation.
