Lovely stay, well done on the updates of the house. Upstairs is a little cold, but otherwise it was a great weekend rental. Close to the river, so easy walking

House was in a central location where it was easy for us to run around town easily. Good for having a busy wedding weekend

Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think it could be more comfortable.
