Furnished studio of 21m² recently renovated, 2/3 people - rental only by the week from July to August - on the first floor of a quiet and green residence, 100 m from the Parc des Pères, 200 m from the ocean, cycle paths, 5 min walk from the sea bus, the beach and the port of Minimes, 15 min from the city center.
Free parking, bike storage.
Rental only on a weekly basis from Saturday 12 noon to Saturday 10 am.
It consists of:
- 1 Main room with sofa bed (high comfort mattress) and 80 x 190 extra bed
- 1 Kitchenette (electric hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, crockery...)
- 1 Bathroom (shower + WC)
- 1 Closet
- 1 TV
- Free parking around the residence
- Secure bicycle storage
Ideally located for your holidays, in the heart of the Minimes: Aquarium - Maritime Museum - The Towers of La Rochelle - Close to the Iles de Ré, Oléron and Aix.... 1 hour from Royan and the Marais Poitevin
- 1h30 from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope
- The Francofolies (from 10 to 14 July)
Close to all shops and possible activities: cinema, bowling, shopping center, restaurants, food store, laundry. Public transportation nearby (bus and sea bus).
The car is not essential for a pleasant stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested and returned at the time of your departure after the inventory of fixtures of the studio.
