Full Kitchen: Fully equipped for everything from quick beach snacks to family dinners.

Parking: 1 pass included for your stay. (Note: No boats, trailers, or RVs allowed on-site).

Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+.
House Rules: No smoking (including balcony), no pets, and no parties/large gatherings.
Signed rental agreement; $300 refundable Security Deposit is required and processed by host.

Overall great stay! Clean, comfortable, great communication. Appliances need updating (washer/dryer), dishwasher, and air conditioning upstairs wasn't the best. All said, we would definitely stay here again!

The property was as shown, very nice, clean, heated pool was fantastic and well maintained and clean. Our unit was well equipped and everything worked as should. We had no issues and the management was quick to respond with any questions we had.
