The deck wraps around the back of the house and leads to a large private hot tub. The open formal dining area seats 10. There is a large laundry room and pantry with a full-size washer/dryer just off the kitchen. The main entry is adjacent to a beautiful courtyard with a fountain that leads into a bright entry area with a spacious cedar closet. A glass door brings you to the hall with a half bath. To your right is the first high-ceiling bedroom, which has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a door to the deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and no TV. These bedrooms share a hallway bath with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
