Nice small place. Good for one; could be cozy for two but no more than that. Nice location in a neighborhood near the Women’s college with easy access to freeways. Bed was fine and shower water pressure was fine. Bath is small, kitchenette is functional, and the fridge works fine. I think the only caution I have is that you can hear the train from about a quarter mile away. If you’re looking for a place to touch down on a busy trip in the area, this is very good. But if you’re looking for a place to lounge for extended periods, you may want something bigger.

Overall was a good place for the price (300 x3 nights). Hosts were easy to message and work with. The place was overall clean just a few issues and some water damage in the bathroom. But was fully stocked with essentials and the communal washer and dryer was a nice surprise. Really nice people and surprisingly really private.

Started off with uncertainty because of no communication or instructions from host before we left home. Sent a message via Vrbo the day before arrival but no reply. Second message on check-in day was similar. Called from the airport just before boarding our flight and was told the unit was damaged, but offered a similar property nearby with no price change. We then interacted almost exclusively by text after that, and host was more responsive. We were grateful for their flexibility and willingness to make other accommodations to take care of us. Found out that both units are converted garages with minimal amenities but if you just need a place to sleep, shower, and eat, it’s fine. No frills, but good enough if you know what to expect.
