We just got home from a 10 night stay at this wonderful property as a family of 4. It was our first trip to London and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The property looks EXACTLY as pictured and is on the most wonderful pedestrian only street which is full of life and energy (but still quiets down by 11 each night!). The check in process was smooth. Ahead of our arrival, I received instructions and a code. We stopped at a shop about a block away to pick up the key, but the whole process only took about 2 minutes. The second bedroom is small but cozy. There is not room to store clothes or suitcases in that room, but there is plenty of space in the main bedroom. My kids enjoyed the room and slept well! We had a small issue with the patio door while we were there, but the hosts were communicative and resolved the problem quickly!My only complaint is that I wished there had been a spare set of towels and blankets. The hosts provide 1 large towel and 1 hand towel per person. There was not a hand towel in the downstairs bathroom either. It was chilly in there the first few nights and we could have used a spare blanket for extra warmth. There were fans in each room, which kept the space cool on the warmer days! Overall we had an amazing stay. The location was perfection. There are SO MANY restaurants and cafes around and it is incredibly close to a tube station. I would definitely book this property again!

This was our second time staying here and once again, we loved it! The location is perfect, with easy access to the South Kensington Tube station. It’s a wonderful cozy apartment and we can’t wait to come back.

Location location location!!! This cozy apartment is ideal for a London getaway. It’s located on a quaint pedestrian only street in South Kensington where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and a pub. The South Ken tube station is a short (five minute) walk away and from there you can easily get all around the city. The apartment itself was clean, well stocked and well maintained. We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic flat on a pedestrian block in South Kensington. The tube station is a short walk where you can jump onto three different lines (Piccadilly, District and Circle) to get you anywhere you want to go in London. The flat is clean and well laid out over 2 floors, perfect for our family. The block has a variety of restaurants and shops to suit any taste. There is even a farmers' market on the block on Saturday. Highly recommended!
