The 2 bed/2 bath property offers an example of life on a Victorian, in-town estate right in the heart of the quaint town of Summerville. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, off street parking, and lots of nice special features including 2 private screened in porches and a sun room.

The 1920s Guest House at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. There is a main house and three detached houses on the property. The 1920s Guest House is the house at the end of the driveway to the left.
Private History and Horticulture Tours of the 1883 Linwood estate are available upon request.

Beautiful well appointed cottage on the grounds of an estate. Grounds were smaller than I thought but it was all Beautiful and well maintained. The amenities were great and everything was clean. We will be back for sure.

I love the trees and scrubs especially the Moss hanging from the trees.Kitty cat was friendly.Loved the ceiling fans.Owner needs to up grade the sofa to a power Loveseat.I am 5 foot nine inches tall. All of the furniture was too low to the floor.The queen bed needs a new comforter. The duvet is old and the insert is not working.I purchased and left a good number of toilet paper rolls for the next guess. I ran the dishwasher. Glenda duke
