Just four houses up from Historic Main Street and 15 doors to the nearest ski run, this 3+ bedroom is a perfect home base for exploring all that Park City has to offer. Added onto one of Park City`s historic miner homes, Unit B has a separate entrance and ample privacy.
You`ll have a dedicated parking spot, but you`ll also never need a car with the best in dining, art, skiing, hiking, and biking right outside the door.
This home is attached to (but completely separate from) one of Park City`s original miner cottages. There`s also a separate in-law unit in the basement (also with a separate entrance). All three can be rented together for larger groups.
The upstairs part of this home is separated from the main floor by a stairway and door, making this an ideal setup for two families or those who want to give the kids a little space.
A covered parking spot is included, but especially in winter we recommend using Uber/Lyft/Taxi. It`s an easy trip from the airport and the home is so close to everything that you really don`t need a car – and on snowy days you won`t want one:)
This home is located right in the heart of historic Old Town Park City with access to trails and ski runs just a short walk away.
While there`s covered parking on-site, you definitely don`t need a car. Everything Park City has to offer is within a very short walk. It`s four doors to Main Street and 15 to the ski runs.
As a courtesy to neighbors downstairs, quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

We stayed here for a week long ski trip. Kevin communicated proactively before we arrived and during our stay. The place was clean and perfect for a small group, and just a minute walk to the free Main Street trolley (or a 15 min walk to the town lift).

10/10 experience. Great hosts. Cute little shabby chic spot. 3 full beds and 2 twins. So flexible and easy to work with! Perfect location. 3 min walk down to the Main Street.
