Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental for good price. While the rest of the area gouged everyone in price, this place charged reasonable rent. Maybe not as upscale but worked for us.

The place was great, cozy, hot tub was amazing. Everything looked upscale. The shuttle service makes all the difference. Stops right in front of the building 3 minutes and you are at the base of the mountain, no parking no hustle.

This was our second time staying there everything was perfect.

The condo itself was beautiful-spacious, beds were comfortable, and the unit was fairly clean. They were missing some essentials. We had three people staying in the unit for 5 nights and only had 4 towels. When we’ve traveled to other CO ski towns, extra towels were always in the room for using the hot tub. This particular building did not have a luggage cart, either. Even though the building is relatively small, this is a must when traveling with ski gear. They also need more silverware in the unit. Minor inconvenience, you simply have to run the dishwasher after each meal. We had a great time in Keystone and the communication with the owners was top notch. We have stayed in some fantastic condos over the last 5 years, so our expectations are really high! Some additional focus on the overall guest experience would take this from an “okay” stay to an excellent stay.
