The communication from the PM company was excellent in the days/weeks leading up to our trip, during and then in preparation for our departure. Based upon earlier reviews, we were pleasantly surprised on how well supplied the unit was including towels, soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies. We didn't cook in much during our stay, but the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and gadgets as well as plates and cups/glasses. And the location was ideal. Easy access to the beach, a nice pool and close to everything on Tybee. We really enjoyed our time at Bay View Villas.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with amenities as listed. There were ample necessities provided (soap, bath towels, bath tissue, dish detergent & dishwasher detergent). The condo was comfortable with easy access to the beach and pool. There are tasty dining options within walking distance. The elevator was not operating through our stay, thankfully we were on the first level. The front bedroom with twin beds was very bright at night due to exterior walkway lights and was noisy as other guests wheeled luggage past. I was thankful I packed a sleep mask and sound machine otherwise sleeping would have been challenging.

This was the perfect place for our stay for 4 adults. We loved watching the cargo ships going and out of Savannah…right from our deck!

Stay was ok overall. Very poor communication regarding entry gate to the property.
