Villa Talassa is located in Lower Peyia in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a protected area with trees. It is only 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay with its sandy beach and 1 km from the old hillside village of Peyia.
Our base price is set to 2 people, giving smaller groups the best possible price.
Please note that the car is not included in the booking price, it is offered for an additional fee to the guests who are happy with manual transmission.
HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS:

🌟 Three persons Jacuzzi by the pool is a perfect place to relax in cooler evenings (optional extra)
🌟 Our HEATED pool (4 x 8 m, 90-170 cm deep) is surrounded by a mature garden and not overlooked. Pool heating is also an optional extra
🌟 For your convenience we can book a taxi for your arrival with a driver who knows the villa.
🌟 Fully equipped workplace - desk, adjustable chair and monitor plus high speed fibreoptic internet, all you need for working from “home”, just pack your laptop and get ready to mix a little business with pleasure
🌟 Poolside solar shower with a large rain showerhead provides perfect refreshment after your swim
🌟 There is a safe for your valuables
🌟 Free cot, high chair and protective gates for young children

The villa is spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with air-conditioning, an elegantly appointed dining area (seats six) and fully-equipped modern kitchen. French doors in the dining and living rooms lead respectively to the patio (sunbeds) and to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) overlooking the swimming pool.
Marble staircase leads to upstairs rooms, which are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony, as well as en suite shower and toilet, and the second bedroom has a king size bed and balcony. Both balconies are accessed by French doors, which have mosquito nets. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and aircon. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. There is parking space at the villa and free parking outside.

We are currently here at Villa Talassa enjoying a week away in the Sun, and it’s HOT 35 deg on 21/06/26. The housekeeper Dennis met us at Paphos Airport from our evening flight. What a helpful gentleman mentioning various places of interest along our 40 minute drive to the Villa. It’s a simple coded entry system and we chose to use the 4x4 car at extra cost but so worth it! I recommend you download the free App Waze which is a really good satellite navigation system! The villa is one of four set in a quiet cul de sac. Very pretty lots flowers in bloom. The Villa is spotlessly clean, has everything you would need, two upstairs bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and a downstairs toilet. It’s very spacious and well the pool was amazing! Big enough to do lengths a deep and shallow end. Lots sunbeds plus an outside shower to rinse off the chlorine, and a covered terrace and outdoor dining area with BBQ.As Cyprus is an island all toilet paper goes in the bins provided with bags etc which wasn’t a problem. The villa cats are very friendly and hung around with us in the evenings.The local supermarket Phillipos on the main coast road is 7 mins away and has everything fresh that you need ..As is the local petrol/ diesel station nearby.The people are very friendly and helpful, it feels very safe here even at night bars and restaurants.So much to see and do if you love the beach a must is Coral Bay .. excellent facilities and lots of room sunbeds and parasols cheap to hire for the

The house was exactly what we wanted. The pool was lovely for swimming in and the hot tub was relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable

Villa has a nice secluded garden, however, the side and rear hedges were overgrown in height and width which meant that flowers were constantly falling into the pool and surrounding area, and this meant the pool lost the sun by 3pm. The pool was constantly getting tiny red ants (fire ants) which often made swimming uncomfortable as they give a nasty sting. Use of the car was a grateful addition, we had a couple of problems but Dennis sorted these out quickly.Overall we enjoyed our stay and could have been much improved with more interaction with Dennis from arrival as he is a very nice man (we only got to speak to him when we had a problem).
