Our unit is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor unit (C111) at the Villas at Poipu Kai. We are located near the pool with bifold doors that open to let the lanai become an extension of the living area. Poipu Beach is a short walk from the Villas. We have a business license with the state of Hawaii and follow all applicable rules and filings. The Poipu Kai resort is a Vacation Rental zone and all properties are open to renting. Tax # TA-093-723-2384-01

This condo is amazing. It has everything you need. The pool access is awesome (and the pool is top notch!)We had 6 adults and plenty of space with a spacious lanai. The location is nice. We could walk to the beach and all over Poipu. The communication with the owner and the property manager were speedy. The price is fair for the time of year and comps. There’s no view but that’s what happens on the bottom floor. We had access to other condos in the complex who did have views but they also had stairs…You need to choose your preference! We will be back.

Easy communication and easy access to property. Perfect for our multigenerational family of six for ten days. Pool is conveniently located next to this main floor unit. About a 10 minute walk to the beautiful poipu beach. You’ll see many turtles and seals. Would recommend
