A recently refurbished villa in the heart of Puerto De Mazarron. The property is part of a secure gated community with a large swimming pool, a few minutes stroll from the towns marina, shops, restaurants and excellent beaches. Ideal for families.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms offering sleeping for 6. The main bedroom has a double bed and a delightful balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and there are bunk beds in the third. There is a large fully tiled walk in shower room with sink and WC. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space.
The owners provide bedding, hairdryer, indoor towels and beach towels.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, which leads on to the rear terrace. The front terrace with stone barbecue is reached through the well equipped kitchen. There is a tiled washroom with sink and WC.
The property has a washing machine, air conditioning, free wi fi and a TV with English and Spanish channels. There is a large selection of outdoor furniture available, for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The rear terrace, which gets the sun all day, leads to the pool area which is for residents only.

Well equipped house with plenty of outdoor space in a quiet area. Well situated for shops, restaurants and beaches. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Communication with the owner was good. We were there in January and, although there were wall mounted heaters in the main living space, it was still a bit chilly on some nights. Despite this it was a great place to stay. Just remember to pack,an extra jumper if you visit in the winter!

The whole experience from start to finish was faultless. The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The whole complex was very well maintained and the pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation.It's close to all amenities,shops,restaurants and bars.The port was only a 10 minute walk which was lively and bustling.Our favourite restaurant was Palenque and we enjoyed Faro 49 ice cream parlour and cocktail bar which had beautiful views of the port.
The downside of the accommodation was the 3rd bedroom did not have air conditioning and also the pool shuts every day between 3.30pm-5.30pm for siesta and no chairs,sunbeds or inflatables allowed at the pool.
All in all a lovely stay.
