The Pistachio Room was exactly as described! It was perfect for a solo traveler, very comfortable, and super clean. The house was absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was easy to make myself at home! The mermaid bathroom was a dream! It had beautiful lights that you could change however you wanted. The host was excellent with communication and got back to me quickly with all questions, usually within minutes. He thoroughly explained the check in process and I had no problems once I got to my room! If I'm ever back in that area, this place is at the top of my list! 10/10 recommend.

Gorgeous place, great neighborhood; we'd stay there again. We had a little trouble checking in - I don't have a smartphone, and so sending instructions via email wasn't helpful. But we got that straightened out and it all worked out well.
