Dog-Friendly Amenities:
We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and explore, as well as easy access to the beach for long walks and playtime, your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay. There are doors and gates throughout the property to keep them safe.
Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.

Our second year staying here and we absolutely loved it. It’s a great location and has a great back yard. We sat on the back porch many mornings and late nights. It was very quiet and spacious for our family and 2 dogs.

We had a nice stay at this VRBO in Oak Island. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided good amenities. We especially appreciated that beach chairs were included, which was a nice bonus.The only issue we had was figuring out how to walk to the beach. The listing described it as an easy 10-15 minute walk, but to us it seemed farther and the walking route wasn’t very clear. Since the home is not directly on the beach, clearer directions to the beach access would be helpful.Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our trip.

SEAS AND BREEZE met all our expectations. Only thing I would change would be the proximity to the beach. 9 minute walk seemed further than I had envisioned. and not being abe to see sunrise or sunset from the deck was a bummer.

Seas and Degrees gets 5 stars! It's beautifully decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen (the labels in the cabinets were very helpful!), and plenty of games and puzzles. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings to enjoy the breeze off the ocean. The walk to the beach is an easy 10-15 minutes, and the beach itself is fairly deep so there is plenty of space. The house has beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a wagon to make transporting everything easy. This is the only property I've ever rented that provides beach towels too! Oh - and it was great to have our pup with us! The fenced in yard made doggy bio breaks easy without requiring us to go-with. There was a lovely starter package when we arrived with paper goods, cleaning supplies and yummy granola from a local business (go try the ginger cherry flavor too!). The house location was great too; very quiet at night but only a 5-10 minute drive into town. We will definitely be back!
