Points North 12-75 is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment set high on the 12th floor, right in the heart of Coolangatta, offering sweeping views across Greenmount Beach, the Pacific Ocean, and the Gold Coast hinterland.
The open-plan living and dining area is designed for easy holiday comfort, featuring air conditioning, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV, all flowing out to a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean, spot whales in season, or take in the energy of Coolangatta below.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, with modern appliances and a dishwasher, making it easy to cook at home or simply enjoy the unbeatable dining options just downstairs at The Strand and surrounding cafes.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite, and beautiful ocean views, while the second bedroom includes two single beds and enjoys hinterland outlooks. Both rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
A second bathroom combined with laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, adds extra convenience for longer stays.
Step outside and you’re moments from Coolangatta Beach, with Kirra, Snapper Rocks, and Greenmount all within easy walking distance. The building also offers facilities including a full-size tennis court, games room, and secure parking for one car (maximum height 2m). Please note that the swimming pool is closed until further notice.
With cafes, restaurants, bars, Woolworths, and cinemas all at your doorstep, you can park the car and forget about it for your entire stay.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, spectacular view. I feel that linen should be included, particularly when paying premium price per night… as bringing our own linen and towels was a pain. Other than that..: amazing. Thanks.

This property looks good in the pictures but it is in need of renovations. The stove is rusty, the fans make noises when switched on. The main bed is hard and old. We were disappointed with accommodation
