We have stayed at this property multiple times and every time has been perfect. The property is clean, cozy and exactly as described. Excellent communication and easy access to the property. Due to this we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

Nice and clean cozy park model on the lake. Quiet and peaceful area.

Wi-Fi is slow, but you aren't vacationing near Letchworth right if you need Wi-Fi anyway. Our water ran out after two days, and we tried to conserve on showers. Location is great for access to anywhere in Letchworth about 15-20 minutes drive. Limited gas for heat and cooking, but not a problem if you go in the summer. Parking was easy and enough for two vehicles if need be. Easy access to silver lake. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very responsive.

Communication between the host was great. She answered questions immediately. The overall unit was adequate for 2people. If there would have been more people, supplies in the kitchen would have been lacking. Cleanliness was ok but could have been a little better. There was some deferred maintenance issues but didn’t interfere with our stay. Location is great because you are able to walk to a public access area for viewing of the lake. A/C worked for size of unit.
