We had a great time staying here this past week. The pool is amazing and the grass is unlike anything we've seen at other beach rentals. They really did a great job! The only "downsides" we experienced were the same as others have mentioned. The floors inside the home are laminate and make every step louder than it should be. Some panels are also in need of repair. The deck is a high end material, however it gets HOT! I understand the choice in using that material because it saves on repairs and maintenance but it almost is unbearable to walk on at certain times of the day. The same goes for the pavers around the pool. When using the pool, have sandals nearby because you cannot walk barefoot for more than a few steps. We really enjoyed this house and the location of the beach (3 minute walk) combined with the amazing pool make it one we will definitely consider staying at again in the future.

Location was great! 2.5 minute walk to the beach. Back yard and pool were perfect. Plenty of space. We had 7 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. There was not a lot of shade on the back porch, but the porch was huge! Great stay. Highly recommend!

Great location & seamless check in/out process. Fantastic spot within walking distance to the beach! Check-in was easy, and the host provided clear instructions. The home was well-maintained and stylishly decorated. Pool was beautiful.

Everything was good except the floors were a little rough. Some of the floor panels were coming up in the house. The back deck was pretty hot. Overall was a very nice place to stay. We will come back.
