Like being in a tree house. It was a lovely spot.

We loved our stay at Misty Haven! It was perfect for our group of five (4 adults and 1 child) plus two pets and our host Ian was easy and quick to communicate with. The hot tub on the beautiful large deck was amazing and we loved seeing deer in the morning! The house is fairly old so don’t expect it to be a palace, but it was serene, comfortable, and spacious: exactly what we needed for our getaway. I saw another review mentioning that there weren’t any kitchen items (pots/pans etc.) but there were during our stay. The driveway is also quite steep so keep that in mind when planning your travel, but there was plenty of room for our two vehicles to park.

Large, open house with many amenities including hot tub, full fridge and stove, barbecue and beautiful outdoor space. Linens were provided as per listing including bedding and towels. Would have appreciated extra linens as only one tea towel and 5 bath towels for 5 guests. Still 5 rating and would recommend to others visiting Victoria area.
