The house worked well for our family. Grandparents took the King bedroom upstairs our two teen boys the double room with two beds, and we took the downstairs queen room that had another room attached to it that we didn't use. House was in a quiet neighborhood that was clean, well stocked, and great proximity to the city. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the fact that there was only one bathroom, but we worked around it. Also with no AC the house could feel a bit stuffy on the warmest days. The house was a great value compared to getting multiple hotel rooms. And the host was very responsive and helpful.

This place was everything we needed for our stay! Great style, convenient, clean and very comfortable! It was our first time staying at a VRBO and I will definitely do this again vs a hotel! Everyone had their own space and it felt like home. Thank you for making our stay awesome!

It was extremely important for us to have 4 private bedrooms which this property had in its description. However, it effectively only hade 3.5. The 3rd/4th bedroom was not private and was actually a part of another bedroom by being connected by a short hallway and did not have its own entrance.
The property also had a smell of cigarettes along with cigarette burn on the kitchen table and kitchen chair which we were not very pleased with since we very dislike the smell.
With that said, the property was nicely decorated, the hosts were great and helpful, and the location was great for us.
