The Space:
This 4BR/4.5BA, three level Apex townhome was designed and decorated by a local designer and features ski in/out access to the Canyons Village, incredible views, and access to all of the upscale amenities of The Apex - heated pool, fitness center, game room and more.

- Slopeside Apex Clubhouse - relax in a pool chair or by the fire pit, in the common hot tub, or have cocktails in the lounge
- State-of-the-art fitness center, steam room and sauna

Getting Around:
You have several options for getting around during your stay. There are plenty of Uber and Lyfts in Park City, and Main Street is usually a 10 minute drive, or $9-10 Uber ride. The Apex also offers free shuttle service within the Canyons Village through the Canyons Village Connect app, as well as scheduled service to / from Main Street (currently winter only for both shuttles).
Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.
1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.
2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).
If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.
It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

The location of the home was perfect. The terrain at the Canyons was great and the ease of putting kids in lessons in the morning from the house was fantastic.
The layout of the home worked great for our stay.
The house was clean, everything worked and was well furnished.
We had an exceptional time and would absolutely stay there again when visiting Park City.

We stayed here over Christmas break with our family of 7 and it was lovely. Plenty of room, very clean and had all the amenities stocked that you needed. I would definitely stay here again.
Two things that aren’t negatives but just to be aware of : 1. Any delivery service (food, groceries, ski rentals) had a very hard time finding how to enter so it took upwards of 2 hours for delivery. Again, not a negative but just to be aware if you are the family that enters delivery a lot!
2) I think because there wasn’t much snow when we were there, the access to ski back up the house was closed so we had to park at the base each day. The access to ski in would have been doable but it was very icey and steep so we opted against it.
If you were to go when there is snow then this absolutely wouldn’t be a problem.
Would highly recommend.
