There are two separate working spaces, speedy Wi-Fi, smart TVs, custom build-ins and a well stocked chef’s kitchen. It is one of the quietest apartments I have ever lived in New York. The bedroom overlooks, trees, and a Zen garden.

Located in a 1910 brick architectural, brownstone, this is a floor through apartment, which extends the length of the building. There is a working fireplace in the living room and an industrial sized washer and dryer. There is ample storage space.
