O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
The apartment has just been completely renovated to ensure maximum comfort for guests. We are a family-run business with extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
The apartment features a private parking area with an automatic gate providing direct access to the building’s entrance hall. The area is particularly quiet, and just 300 meters away is the Wow Side shopping center, which features all kinds of stores.
Just 500 meters away, you can catch a train that takes only 35–40 minutes to reach downtown Rome.
The apartment offers every amenity, including a hot tub.
All kitchenware, appliances, etc., are new, including the mattress and the sofa.
There is a spacious terrace with a small table, two chairs, and an outdoor sofa so you can fully enjoy the fresh air.
It is just 2 kilometers from Leonardo da Vinci Airport.
There is another open-air shopping center called Parco Commerciale Leonardo da Vinci, located 1.5 kilometers from the house.
My name is Alessandro, and I am the co-owner of the property. I’ll be available throughout your stay to ensure you have the most comfortable experience possible.

Clean and close to the airport and shopping mall. Lots of food choices near by. So cutely decorated! Well kept and good communication throughout the visit.

Wanted a place close to the airport for an early flight, perfect location. Communication with the host was superb via WhatsApp, always answered promptly.
NOTE: Property is in an odd location, communication is key to find it. Other than that, fantastic place to stay for the price - and located next to one of the largest malls I have ever seen

The property is larger than most and nice and bright. I liked having a balcony. The place is very clean and the host has left some snacks and breakfast.
The communication and hospitality was the best part about our stay. Our host waited for us for over an hour as we navigated trains and some missinformation given to us at the trains station in Rome. The welcome was warm and helpful, which really puts you at ease with travel.
The area is great. You have a mall right across the street with some dining options and shopping and a museum. As well, there is a bigger mall a bit further up which we accessed with uber bei paying 10euros.
We wished we stayed longer and will be back in the future.
Thank you for having us :)
