Stay in comfort & luxury at this updated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath at Portofino Island resort. The master bdr has a king bed with jacuzzi in the bathroom. The guest br has a queen bed, & twin cot. The resort offers endless amenities /tennis, lap pool, heated common pools. Spa, saunas & steam room. Indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. The room itself was good. We had an excellent view of the water, however the room was not well kept. There was dust all under the beds. There was no soaps and only one hairdryer. Hardly any towels. No were to put little items on like our papers and car keys. The doors and walls were all banged up. If you pay that kind of money to stay in a condo you would think it would be kept up better. I stay in these condos every year and this one was not very nice. I have never left a review until now.

We have stayed at portofino 4 times and all were wonderful. The host was exceptional at communication and the property was beautiful! We will definitely book again next year!

I’m not one to write reviews but I feel like if I had known some of these things before booking I probably would have picked a different room but within the same Portofino Resort & Spa. Absolutely beautiful property. The resort and the amenities within the resort were absolutely perfect! The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, the room had outlets that did not work and light bulbs that were out. Also, we flew half way across the county so the lack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and daily kitchen necessities was a huge bummer because you don’t think to pack that stuff. Also, beach towels are not provided.
