Sea Salt Cottage offers spectacular views of the beach and the Olympic National Park from this cozy cottage on the bluff above the waters of Hood Canal. The view is toward the mountains to the west, so the afternoon sun warms the yard and the sunsets are the show of the day. The beach is a short walk down the staircase / trail that ends at the beach on Hood Canal. Walk the beach, search for shells, fish, crab, dig for clams, or simply enjoy the views. Come have fun!
Sea Salt Cottage is a great starting point for day trips to Kingston, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, and Port Gamble. If you want to head further out, Port Townsend and the Olympic National Park await.

Our family loved this property. It was a beautiful house, and we loved the beach access. Lots of opportunity to walk on the beach during low tide, and my daughter loved that the beach was sand (not rocks) so she could wade into the water. And I appreciated how well-outfitted the kitchen was.

The view was beautiful and the house was clean and welcoming. There was a business or workshop behind the house. There were people working there. Occasionally you could hear them.

Everything was great: clean cottage, excellent view and beach access, well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone.

This VRBO was the first place I stayed that actually looks even better in person than in pictures! Beautiful place and amazing host. Perfect space and lighting for getting ready for my wedding, and plenty of room for my 6 bridesmaids and I. Couldn’t have had a better stay!
