WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

The only thing that I wish was provided was stainless steel or cast iron cookware. There was a few glass bakeware dishes but all cookware was teflon. So maybe adding some stainless steel pots and pans would be great especially for crab boils ect…Beautiful home with beautiful views!! Fondly, Darlene Reeves

The property was right on the beach, was very clean & had easy access to local sites. Also the staff was very attentive.

Lots of room for everyone, lovely living room and views of the ocean from all over the house. Large back deck and lots of outside seating choices. Having the sound of the ocean waves put you to sleep every night was the topper!

My family and I enjoy the Pine Knoll Shores area. The views were great and our beach time is always peaceful due to low crowds. The Beachcomber was very spacious, but needed some updates overall (i.e. bathtubs/showers, cabinets, etc.) There was a small leak in the living area when it rained, but nothing major. We also observed a few big bugs (water bugs I’m assuming) during our stay, which I know cannot always be prevented due to location. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
