⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment's windows do not open: only the front door, onto the street, lets fresh air in, and there is little airflow, especially on the lower level. If you are uncomfortable in enclosed spaces, please take this into account.
* The kitchen and two bedrooms are on the lower level, partly below street level. This level is not air-conditioned: air conditioning only covers the living room and the bedroom on the ground floor. In summer it can get hot down there, and guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
* The two levels are poorly soundproofed from each other: noise and conversations carry from one floor to the other, which leaves little privacy between the bedrooms. If you are a group of friends or a family with teenagers, please take this into account.
* The bedrooms are small: there is little room to move around the beds.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) at street level, with no stairs to climb to get in, a few minutes' walk from Notre-Dame and steps from the Seine, 6 minutes from Maubert-Mutualité metro station (line 10), with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
