The kitchen is a large open area adjoining the living room, great for in house cooking and socializing with family and friends. 1318/1320 Pelican Watch boasts two master suites and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Guest suite 1 is well appointed with comfortable, quality California king bedding, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tile shower and an inviting, garden tub, perfect for a good soak after a round of golf or tennis! The second guest suite also offers a comfy king bed, flat screen TV and nicely upgraded bathroom with a tub/shower. The condo was as described and a wonderful place to stay for our family. Clean, well stocked kitchen (supplies), laundry room, 3 baths, and a gorgeous view of the water. The 2 decks made it easy to get everyone outside and have room to relax. We could watch the seagulls, pelicans , and dolphins all throughout our stay. Quick beach access and one of the community pools was within a walkable distance so we didn’t need to drive to enjoy the fun outside. The community is well insulated from the rest of the world and the private beaches made for great adventures in and out of the water - it felt like a resort! The staff at the amenities were all helpful and friendly.

This place was exactly as advertised. No surprises. We enjoyed time on the beach, at the pool and beach club, and at Freshfields Village. My daughter and I even took a horseback ride and it was perfect! Sunsets were unmatched anywhere else I’ve been! We saw pelicans a plenty and many dolphin!
