The room itself was great accept for we had to keep finding which wall outlets worked and which ones didn't. It was very nice the beach chairs and umbrella came with the room. We almost precooked them, be nice if that was in the add. First day one beach we kept running back and forth to room to use restroom. No one told us the bathrooms was on the side of the Tiki Bar. Other problem we had was the Condo above us, they were running around all hours of night/morning. Kept waking us up. Never got more than 5 hours of sleep. The worst part of stay was the elevators. At least 1 of the 3 in tower 2 was down each day. And times it took 15-20 minutes for elevator to get to you. The Host and the building staff all are great. Willing to help and answers your questions ASAP.

This property was perfect for our family. It was exactly what we expected. The rooms were clean and fully stocked/furnished. The hosts were very quick to respond to all my questions and did so in a kind and respectful manner. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future. Absolutely 10 out of 10! Thank you Phil and DeAnn for your exceptional hospitality!

So needs new carpet. Piss stains on front bedroom bed. Needs a new couch. If you are paying for the view it is a 10...beautiful. Phil was great to talk with and responsive. My wife and I 28th anniversary and he left a bottle of champagne for us...very nice of him. Hoa was very difficult to deal with if you have a pet. We will not be back because of the hoa!!
