Our apartment "Casa Azul" is located in the complex MONSEÑOR, in Playa del Cura in the warm south of Gran Canaria.
The apartment is fully equipped and ideal for 2 people. But there is the possibility to accommodate 2 more people in addition to the sofa bed. Children are welcome. There is no space for an extra bed in the rooms.
It has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, 1 fully equipped kitchen with small dining area, 1 living area with couch incl. Bed function, 1 large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and sun awnings, fly screen door.
The apartment has its own free Wi-Fi access. The password will be communicated upon arrival at the apartment. There is also FREE WIFI throughout the Monseñor facility
Towels and linen are included in the price.
Children are welcome. There is no room for an extra bed in the rooms,
• NO SMOKING ACCOMMODATION. (Avoid the terrace)
• No pets allowed.
• Parties / events, similar celebrations are not allowed.
Other equipment:
Washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, fan, clothes horse / clothespins, steam iron, ironing board, flat screen satellite TV, fan, small fan heater, microwave / oven - combi appliance, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine, 4 ring ceramic hob, electric. Citrus press and Mix / Pürrierstab, blender, hand mixer, refrigeration, freezer combination with 3 freezer drawers.
A starter kit with toilet paper, water, coffee, tea, garbage bags, dishcloths and dish soap will be provided upon arrival (probably not enough for the entire holiday).

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished,. Exactly as photos, and the view from the lovely large balcony is beautiful, perfect for breakfast or brunch in the . Check in was seamless. There is a well stocked Spar and a few restaurants and bars and the bottom of the hill. We will definitely return to this apartment if we come back to Gran Canaria

The apartment was excellent. It was clean, bright, well equipped with everything you need, and had a large balcony with amazing views of the beaches below. It is located near the top of the complex, so was conveniently located for the top pool, which was lovely (heated, quiet and plenty of free sunbeds and parasols). Be aware that being near the top means using several lifts and flights of steps to get to the apartment. We felt very well looked after by the owners of the property, who made sure everything was just right. The immediate resort is quiet with less amenities and range of restaurants, etc, so you need to travel to Amadores Beach and Puerto Rico to find these.

Having just spent 11 days at the apartment, I have to say it was excellent and as described. Friendly welcome and short of nothing.The host was always on hand and more than helpful!I would highly recommend this apartment.
