Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely, clean, and in a great location. It was comfortable and made for a wonderful few days in Santa Cruz.The only downside was the communication with the property management. They were very slow to respond and, in some cases, never replied to emails or text messages. That was frustrating, especially when we had questions before our stay.Despite the communication issues, we had a great experience at the property itself. If the management improved their responsiveness, this would be an outstanding place to stay.

Wonderful for a weekend getaway. Clean, quiet, perfect if you have a dog. Close to everything but hills and narrow roads make it impractical to walk to the nearby beach, so you still deal with driving and parking. Quite expensive - a lot of rentals in the area are - but not sure if we’d stay there again for the price.

Great backyard and overall place for dogs. Good location. Great service by host. Kitchen could use more spices and cooking materials. Not large, but very comfortable for 3. Would come back.
